Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Field Engineer – Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in Electrical or equivalent discipline with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
Field Supervisor – Full-time Diploma in Electrical/Civil/Electronics & Communication or equivalent with minimum 55% marks from a recognized technical board.
Age Limit (As on 17-09-2025)
Maximum Age: 29 Years
Age relaxation as per government rules.
Application Fee
Field Engineer: ₹400
Field Supervisor: ₹300
SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: No Fee
Salary Structure
For Non-RDSS Projects
Field Engineer: ₹30,000 – 1,20,000 + perks & allowances (Approx. CTC: ₹8.9 LPA)
Field Supervisor: ₹23,000 – 1,05,000 + perks & allowances (Approx. CTC: ₹6.8 LPA)
For RDSS Projects
Same pay scale as above with additional benefits as per project guidelines.
